It felt amazing during the massage and healed quickly a few days later. A good sore-you know you got some work done, but it's not too much. I felt heard and she was excellent about time management. Sometime I walk out really relaxed and sometimes I walk out a bit sore but I always feel loose and relaxed. I really like that she will try different methods based on what is happening (stone massage, cupping, etc) but doesn't do it to upcharge--it is really because she cares. Go see her but don't take my appointment times!
