Rizza’s Grillz Retailing class was absolutely worth it! I came in anxious not knowing what to expect, but Rizza was able to reassure me every step of the way whether it was about pricing the grillz, filling out work-order forms to send to the jewelers, the consultation process, or especially the mold-impressions. They stayed an extra hour with me as they wanted to make sure I got the hang of creating passable impressions for the top and lower teeth. Last but not least, I walked out the door and was given all the supplies I needed to start away. In fact, I could have started taking impressions right then and there on the sidewalk!

i had the most incredible experience at Top Shelf Gold with Rizza! not only was the selection of gems incredible, their attention to detail, creative design talents, and willingness to work with me to design my teeth in a way that felt affirming was so amazing. not to mention Rizza has a background in the dental field and is VERY knowledge about tooth heath, which made the experience even better. i cannot reccomend Rizza enough!!!!

She was super friendly, extremely informative, and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire process. Highly recommend seeing Rizza!

Had Rizza make me 6-tooth silver grillz. They’re super professional, and made exactly what I was looking for. Definitely coming back again and letting anyone know they should come to Rizza for their grillz!

I have gotten tooth gems a few times and Rizza is amazing! Always so much fun giggling and hanging with them while deciding on what designs to do next. Rizza is always stoked to do my fun ideas and glitz me up <3 My gems last a long time and I get so many compliments. I highly suggest!

Had my tooth gem for over a year, until today! Got my tooth gem last May, now it’s August. I just had one gem, so the removal was super quick and easy. The office is also so fun to be in. Thank you so much Rizza !

rizza is the best! they’re so sweet, professional, and have good energy! really knowledgeable about teeth and the tools they use. i’ve been to my dentist with the gems on and they had 0 issues with it. My first gem stayed on for about 1.5 yrs! And my other one is still going strong 1.5+ years later!

It was my first time getting tooth gems and I'm so glad I went to Rizza! No one could've done a better job!! They are so professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Absolutely killed the vision I wanted! Booking was super easy and their space is so cool. All 12 of my gems have yet to fall off and I don't see them falling off for a while! They are a true pro at this!

i’ve been going to see Rizza for 3 years and i’ve had countless gems, metal charms, and also safe removal appointments. Every time i’ve had perfect work done, i leave happy, and my teeth are well taken care of because of them <3 i’ve recommended to a few friends and they had good experiences too.

Got tooth gems for the first time here with Rizza ! Didn’t know exactly what I wanted and ended up with 3 :) they are super chill and work as an ortho assistant so I brought my retainer to work around for gem placement. Highly recommend !

The level of detail and creativity is amazing! They do an amazing job. My tooth gems lasted nearly a year and would have kept going, but I wanted a design change.

I’ve been coming to Rizza for about a year and they’re amazing! Even though they say my gems will last around 3-6 months, mine always last much longer. It’s always so easy to book and get gems repaired or replaced. And they always hype me up to go out of my comfort zone. 10/10 recommend this baddie!

I got my teeth whitened by and a crescent moon + Swarovski star tooth gems from Rizza! They walked me through both processes, and were incredibly thorough with instructions on how to take care of my teeth after they were whitened (they gave me an info sheet and patiently answered my gazillion questions). My teeth were whitened by them almost two years ago, and they still look great! I usually feel nervous having anything done to my teeth, but Rizza goes above and beyond with being a fun and warm presence and makes their studio a comfortable and welcoming place to be! They're also a true community member--I've met so many lovely folks & good friends through them. Not to mention their tooth gems being a great conversation starter :) I definitely recommend Gems by tsg for anyone looking to spice up their smile!

Had such a great experience getting our grills done! Rizza was amazing—super responsive, patient, and really took her time making sure we loved the design and how everything looked before moving forward. I really appreciated the way she presented everything and made sure we were happy with the final result. The grills came out so good and the quality of the work was on point. Great customer service all around! Definitely recommend Rizza if you’re looking to get grills done. I’m already planning to come back for another appointment to see about getting another bottom grill. 😂 Great work, great service, and an overall great experience. Highly recommend!

Rizza at top shelf gold was very personable and went above and beyond at today's appointment. I was searching to support more POC small businesses and I'm happy to have stumbled across them. I got multiple tooth gems done and Rizza took her time to make sure I was happy with the placement of everything before we set them in place. Everything about the visit was a 10/10!

Came here for the first time and it was so sweet! Got a glue removal from a tooth gem that had popped off a long time ago (someone else applied it) and they were so quick with the removal. They talked me through the whole process and were so knowledgeable about tooth health, whitening services, and much more (and were so happy to answer any questions I had). Will def be coming again!

Rizza does a phenomenal job!! I got my teeth gems on August 2025 and had them taken off March 2026. The process getting them on and off doesn't hurt or take too long. They have a huge selection of things to choose from to make your teeth look amazing!! Rizza makes you feel super comfortable and explains the process throughly. If you've been curious about trying, do it! I enjoyed mine for the 7 months I chose to have mine on.

Came in for some tooth gems and a 30 min tooth whitening and couldn’t be happier. Rizza is super kind and professional. I really appreciated that she explained every step of the process for both services. The shop is also super cute, and street parking is fairly easy in the area. All around good experience!

I decided to get tooth gems for the first time as a birthday treat to myself, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had at TSG!! Setting up an appointment was quick and simple, and Rizza was great at communicating everything I needed to know before and during our appointment. I showed up with inspo pics but no firm idea of what I wanted. They used a picture and placed the actual gems they would used on my teeth, moving them around until we worked out a design that I was happy with. They were diligent, kind, attentive and receptive to my ideas whilst also giving feedback and suggestions based on their extensive knowledge and expertise. I love the design that i got, I had a great time chatting with them in the studio, and I can confidently say that I would come back and highly recommend them to anyone seeking tooth gems!!! 1000/10 experience!!

Me and my girl went to get her first grill set and we were greeting with warmth and love. She was the best. I left with new tops as well as my lady and she ended up getting a tooth gem too and we could not be happier. Would 10/10 recommend.
