Grillz Appointment & Care Policy A $20 mold fee is required to book your appointment. This fee is non-refundable and does not go toward your final total. Please come prepared with a design idea in mind. You may pay your full balance upfront or place a 50% deposit toward your jewelry. Any remaining balance will be due at pickup. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the $20 mold fee. Deposits may be rescheduled once only, with at least 12 hours’ notice before your appointment. Care Instructions: Do not eat or drink while wearing your grillz (water is okay). Rinse your jewelry regularly. Always carry a case to safely store your grillz when not in use.

Forgot to brush before your appointment? This add-on includes a pre-pasted disposable toothbrush and a cup of water so you can freshen up in the restroom before your service. Starting with clean teeth helps remove food particles and surface debris prior to your tooth gem or teeth whitening appointment. This is a convenience service only and is not a professional dental cleaning.
