I really enjoyed getting a massage with Lauren and will definitely be back. She was attentive in terms of asking questions about what I was seeking in getting a massage, and about the environment (heat, oils, scents). I really appreciated her asking all of this!

I had a very relaxing and refreshing time with Lauren! She communicated quickly with me before the appointment when I had questions about the location. When I got there she was very welcoming and during the massage liked her techniques, I could tell how much experience she has. I will absolutely be returning and I highly recommend! P.S. the office is located in the blue Berkshire Hathaway building, entrance is the side door, up on the 3rd floor.

Lauren has a remarkable ability to read what my body needs each session and tailors her technique accordingly. I walk away feeling completely rejuvenated and rested every single time

Best body work ever!! I'm older and have lived in NYC for decades. I've had lots of massages and body work/cranial ranging from sublime to not great. Lauren is so gifted. Her hands and her healing space are literally the best I've had. What a treasure to find up here! Absolutely going back. Wonderful.

I've been seeing Lauren on and off for for 15 years. She is the best. When I leave her office, my body is refreshed and relaxed, and I feel balanced physically and emotionally. I mostly see Lauren for KuNye Tibetan massage, which helps me quite a bit with stress and anxiety. She is intuitive and often knows where I'm feeling tension before I even mention it. She is extremely professional, but warm and friendly as well. I could not recommend her more.

Lauren was very knowledgeable and professional. She is extremely skilled in giving a massage that is geared towards aligning the human body mechanics along with utmost relaxation methods. Lauren was wonderful!

Since I have a job where I stand all day, I was in deep need of help with my feet and knees. The cupping work Lauren did was just the ticket. She immediately put me at ease and seemed to know exactly what I needed. She also did some work on my face that was so rejuvenating it seemed to relax all those pesky worry lines. I recommend cupping to anyone who hasn't tried it or who has but felt it painful. Lauren has an intuitive touch and all along the way is concerned about comfort levels.

I have seen Lauren a number of times for her bodywork/massage. She is highly skilled at finding just the right spot, using just the right touch. Lauren is very pleasant and professional. Best massage therapist I’ve ever had! I’m no stranger to massage and have tried therapists in the area and NYC over 20 years. Lauren is in different category all together. She understands her craft thoroughly and knows treatment modalities for therapeutic and athletic massage I have never had before. Each massage is unique and based on what my body needs each time. It’s tough to justify going anywhere else after experiencing this level of expertise.

Lauren is an excellent massage therapist and energy worker. She brings a deep sense of presence to her work. I have always found Lauren responsive to my needs in each session. I highly recommend Lauren, as she is a true healer.

Lauren Phillips is a compassionate , highly skilled massage therapist. She has worked with me over the last few years and has used a variety of modalities to meet my needs at each particular time, including Swedish, myofascial release , genius biofeedback and hot stone therapy. Though I don't fully understand how these modalities work, I always leave my massage with a deep sense of relaxation and significantly less pain and discomfort.

Lauren is highly skilled at a variety of methods which work in synchrony to effect rapid healing. I have had great results from her custom massage which is always in tune with how I'm feeling physically that day. Sometimes she incorporates massage, deep tissue or myofascial release, in other sessions she might do KuNye massage or include hot stones. She also sometimes incorporates cupping which is really effective in releasing super tight areas. She is adept at both light-touch cupping for facial pain and lymphatic drainage, as well as more intensive muscular and connective tissue release. I rely on her bi-monthly as part of my overall treatment plan for a variety of physical challenges and pain syndromes. I am very grateful for her expertise, attentive listening, and highly skilled bodywork.
