During this 30-minute visit, we will gently introduce ourselves to your pets, walk through their exact daily routines, and discuss their unique personalities, medical needs, or behavioral quirks. We will also review essential home logistics—such as entry instructions, security alarm codes, key placement, and your primary veterinarian information—so that your upcoming services run flawlessly. It is our way of ensuring complete peace of mind, absolute safety, and seamless care for your family! Please note: A Meet & Greet is strictly required for all brand-new clients prior to finalizing and approving any future bookings.
