A foreign fill is for those who are coming from another lash artist looking to get a fill with me. Only way it will be a fill is if the the work done previously is quality work. In order for my work to blend sometimes a cleanup is necessary which means some lashes from the previous artist will have to be removed and replaced which can take a little longer than usual. At least 40% of lashes should be remaining since your last fill. Anything less than 40% retention would be a full set. In that case please schedule a removal and full set.
Lash Removal
