We have used Extraordinary Remodeling for two significant home projects, a master bathroom remodel including changing the layout and a media room to game room conversion. The work is absolutely gorgeous with meticulous attention to detail and beautiful craftsmanship! However, the real gem with Extraordinary Remodeling is the team! They are very communicative with daily updates, check-ins, photos and even video reels with background music! They are always on time or early. They keep the worksite completely clean. They seal the air vents and doorways to minimize (and even eliminate) dust. They are respectful and kind. We homeschool our children and I feel totally at ease sharing our space with this team each day! That is a huge blessing to me! I wish I could say more, but believe me… they are EXTRAORDINARY!

A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE: EXTRAORDINARY REMODELING The Abstract: My wife and I recently renovated two bathrooms and our kitchen using Level1® as the general contractor. The results are outstanding. Level1® used several subcontractors; the one they used for the majority of the work was EXTRAORDINARY REMODELING. Their work is the subject of this review. The Process: EXTRAORDINARY REMODELING replaced the single-sink vanities in each of the bathrooms with double-sink vanities, replaced both of the sheet mirrors with framed mirrors and completely rebuilt the shower in the master bath. In addition, it replaced the old-style can lights over the bathing areas with LED can lights, and painted the medicine cabinets to match the vanities. The renovations to the kitchen replaced the aging Formica® countertops with quartz countertops, replaced the floor tile, updated the backsplashes, replaced the circa 1985 fluorescent overhead lights (x2) with LED can lights, eliminated the circa 1950-style bar blocking the view from the kitchen to the living room, and installed under-cabinet LEDs. In the process of all these individual actions, were other requirements to support: The cabinets in the kitchen were painted to match the style of the countertops, floor tile and backsplashes; the quartz countertop was installed with a waterfall edge; a pop-up charging station was installed in the counter; a push-button switch for the disposer replaced the wall switch. The wall insulation in the shower replacement was replaced with blown-in foam insulation. Once the big work was complete, the painting and finishing touch-up and final touches were completed. During this process, the EXTRAORDINARY REMODELING renovators were very careful to cover, wrap and protect our furniture, flooring and possessions. In addition, they were diligent and expeditious in removing the excess detritus that comes from performing renovations, e.g., packaging materials, paint and other residues, replaced sheetrock and insulation, and replaced fixtures. The Results: The final results are spectacular. Those familiar with the Kano Quality Model will understand the descriptor of final outcome as a ‘DELIGHTER.’ We were astounded at how it came together, and how quickly; when we watch renovation shows, it seems that the renovations of a home, with no one living in it, take six (6) weeks. We lived in the house during the time period and the renovations were completed in just under three (3) weeks. Two (2) aspects of this renovation bear mentioning: 1. The professionalism of the work was outstanding. Where replacing combined with existing, it is impossible to detect any transition. The paint, tile work, caulking, and finishing are flawless. 2. It rapidly became apparent that all of the EXTRAORDINARY REMODELING renovators and managers that came into our house respected our home and our property; we quickly came to the [ULTIMATELY DEMONSTRATED TO BE CORRECT] conclusion that we could leave the house completely without concern. We recommend them unconditionally.

We got an opportunity to work with Extra ordinary remodeling for our home kitchen remodeling. They were subcontractors for level 1 gc taking care of pretty much everything apart from cabinets and countertop. We were amazed with the quality of their work, professionalism, responsiveness, ease of working with them and hours of dedication and commitment. The detail to every aspect of our kitchen and their ability to guide us all through our project by giving us choices for paint color, cabinet color,contrasting island color was extremely appreciated by both me and my husband. Juan and his son, Jonathan, came on the first day and on many other days throughout the project to check on the progress, their team, and to answer any questions we had. Everything was timed out perfectly so that when one part of the project was complete, the next phase would start. When ready, the carpenter and his team arrived with beautiful cabinetry that fit perfectly in the bathroom and closet. We were so impressed that after just one short visit to measure and visualize, cabinets were designed and built to perfectly fit our bathroom. Juan and Jonathan even helped us return extra material to Floor & Decor at the end of the project so we didn't have to lift anything heavy. I hired extraordinary remodeling to fix my hardwood floors. They had to make a couple trips out here to fix some minor issues that I had. Not once did they make me feel bad for contacting them. When we first reached out to get a quote to remodel our master bath and closet, Juan visited our home to understand our needs, explained the process and timing, and then followed up with a quote. He let us know first availability so we could prepare for when to start. Juan and his son, Jonathan, came on the first day and on many other days throughout the project to check on the progress, their team, and to answer any questions we had. They consistently checked in to ensure we were satisfied with the progress and to double-check our selections and preferences. They were also very responsive via text and phone call if we ever needed anything. Juan's teams are highly professional and skilled, and it is clear he is well-connected to ensure everyone who came was an expert in what they do. What was incredibly important to us was to work with someone who is trustworthy and Juan and his teams exceeded our expectations. We never felt like we needed to check in on his teams, provide oversight, or worry that they were cutting corners (like we felt with a previous company we worked with for another house project). Juan brought one team for demo, patching, painting, etc. He brought a master plumber and electrician so they could evaluate corresponding needs and make plans with their own teams. A carpenter came to measure and design the bathroom and closet cabinets on the spot. A separate small team came to do the tiling. Everything was timed out perfectly so that when one part of the project was complete, the next phase would start. When ready, the carpenter and his team arrived with beautiful cabinetry that fit perfectly in the bathroom and closet. We were so impressed that after just one short visit to measure and visualize, cabinets were designed and built to perfectly fit our bathroom. Juan and Jonathan even helped us return extra material to Floor & Decor at the end of the project so we didn't have to lift anything heavy. We can't recommend Extraordinary Remodeling and Juan enough for your home remodeling needs.

I hired extraordinary remodeling to fix my hardwood floors. They had to make a couple trips out here to fix some minor issues that I had. Not once did they make me feel bad for contacting them.
