Client is required to place a card on file for the duration of membership. The card on file will be charged monthly and on continuation until cancelled.
This membership is a 3 month minimum commitment. If client cancels prior to the 3 month time period, there will be a 50% charge to card on file ($47.50).
In the event that your payment fails, you will be notified. If current/new payment cannot be completed after multiple attempts, your membership will be discontinued.
If client wants to cancel, a written and/or verbal cancellation is required. Membership will be immediately terminated. In case of price fluctuation, client will no longer be subjected to original membership prices and must comply to new pricing structure. Any leftover credit at termination of membership must be used within 60 days.
