Foundations of Strength Training

Never lifted before? This class is for you! Tend to get injured in the gym? Join your peers in this non-competitive, curiosity-focused, communally-supportive micro-gym environment. Together we will build a container of care and trust, learning to safely and effectively build muscle via the principle Regress to Progress! Programming will be on a continuous cycle, so it will be reliably accessible to beginner lifters and modifications will be made for specific needs on a case-by-case basis.
Semi-Private Training

Individualized programming for each person to do independently while a coach is present and checking in with each person individually

It is recommended - but not required - to complete at least a Quick Start Package (a Complimentary Initial Assessment + 4 Private Training sessions) before jumping into Semi-Private Training classes.

Beginner AcroYoga Jam

This is an open jam, where everyone will explore in a mutually supportive container with no official instructors. Erin will be there to host and offer safety recommendations but she has only been doing acro since summer 2025 and is not trained to be an acroyoga instructor.

Foundations of AcroYoga

Each class will include different beginner poses, foundational for building an Acro vocabulary.
These introductory classes will invite you to try new ways of communicating and connecting to other people. We will offer step-by-step breakdowns of partner acrobatic poses and how to safely spot each other. You will receive tips for building strength for Acro and other inversion practices.

Rachel is one of the pioneers of the Portland AcroYoga scene and has been teaching it for 13 years. She is also a yoga teacher and yoga therapist.
