Deposits: Once your appointment is booked, I deny ALL potential clients for that day and time, and for this reason deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Deposits are NOT taken until your appointment has been accepted and you’ve received a confirmation text and email. Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or are a no-show, you will still be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the service. Late Fees: Late fees are $1 per minute. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due immediately after service has been rendered and can be paid via the PocketSuite booking app, Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash.
