To help provide the best experience for every client, please take a moment to review our booking policies below: OUR POLICIES ✨ Deposits A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. ✨ Late Arrivals We offer a 10-minute grace period. Arriving later than 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or appointment cancellation. In these cases, your deposit may be forfeited. ✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. ✨ No-Call, No-Show Appointments Clients who miss their appointment without notifying us will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total, and the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to schedule future appointments. ✨ Refund Policy All deposits and completed services are non-refundable. ✨ Pricing Update Please note that service prices will increase effective November 1, 2025.
