Kelli who owns Deep Roots in Weatherford is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was terrified because the person before at a completely different hair salon, gave me the worst haircut of my entire life, which took a year before I could even get another haircut. Kelli eased my anxiety and nerves by just listening and explaining everything she was doing during the whole process. She not only made me feel at ease with listening to all my concerns, she acknowledged my concerns and talked through them. She is such a positive, friendly, and amazing person! I will NEVER go anywhere else! Thank you Kelli for giving me the exact cut and color I wanted over a year ago. I LOVE it!!

Kelli does an amazing job making a new client feel welcome. I was hesitant to try somewhere new, but after a conversation with Kelli I was excited to meet her in person. Her shop is adorable and comfortable. Not only does she do a great job with cut and color but she is very knowledgeable when it comes to hair itself and the products. I would recommend her to anyone!

I recently had a cut and highlights with Kelli, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! I’ve been to several salons in Weatherford, but this one is by far my favorite. From the moment I walked in, Kelli made me feel comfortable and truly welcomed. She listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me a cut and highlights that are perfect for my hair type and personal style. Kelli does a beautiful job on my hair cut and color!! She is skilled at applying multiple colors and always gives me great advice on which color will look the best with my skin tone. The color product is high quality and lasts. You should definitely give Deep Roots Salon a try. I'm glad I did!

I’ve always been nervous trying out new hair salons because of previous experiences, but Kelli completely erased all my worries! The atmosphere was really comfortable and she knew exactly what I wanted to do with my hair and made me feel like a brand new person. She is AMAZING! Friendly! Clean place located in the center of town! Super flexible with your schedule, and meet just about anytime as long as she isn’t booked! She is also budget friendly! Does not charge for her brand, just your service and her time! I have got to her for mens and womens hair cut, coloring, highlights, and just to get a quick style! I will be using her until she quits! I live an hour away and commute for her because I refuse to let anyone else do my hair! Also if you have any quick follow up questions she doesn’t make you wait, she has no problem answering anything or going over anything you may need! One of the best ladies around town!

Extremely disappointed with this experience. The day before my wedding, my stylist contacted me asking to move my appointment to another day. If a stylist isn’t available for a scheduled appointment, especially for something as important as a wedding, that should have been addressed long before the last minute. The request immediately made me question whether I would receive the quality of service I was paying for. When I decided to cancel because I no longer felt comfortable, I was charged a $72.50 cancellation fee. Charging a client a cancellation fee after initiating a schedule change yourself feels unprofessional and unfair. Instead of reducing stress before my wedding, this experience added unnecessary anxiety and disappointment… the stylist was Kelli. When I reached out about the fee and why she charged me she ghosted with NO response. She made 72.50 off me what a scam artist

For clarity, you booked your color and haircut on Saturday afternoon for an appointment on Sunday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. When something unexpected came up in my schedule, I reached out to see if you'd be willing to move your appointment to the next day (Monday). To make up for the inconvenience, I offered a discount on your service along with complimentary take-home hair care products. It was during that conversation—not at the time the appointment was booked—that I first learned your wedding was the following day (Monday). When you declined, I immediately let you know your original appointment was still available, and I was fully prepared to honor it. You then chose to cancel the appointment. As outlined in the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking, the cancellation fee was initially applied. Although the cancellation fee was applied according to my policy, I chose to make an exception and issue a full refund after learning the card on file was not in your name. While I respect your right to share your experience, your review leaves out important facts, including that your original appointment remained available, that I offered accommodations to minimize the inconvenience, that I responded to your messages, and that the cancellation fee was fully refunded. So, no, I am not a scam artist.
