Errin Austin is truly a presence of quality, fun-professional, genuine and present. I enjoyed meeting her and thankful for her energy and service. I got my HMU for my first boudoir session. The last time I ever got my hair and makeup done was for my wedding 18 years ago. I wasn't sure if Errin will capture my authentic Self today in this HMU experience... SHE DID and more! I love how my hair turned out with how I imagined it and how my makeup matched my outfit. I've always wanted smokey eye makeup done on myself. I haven't quit experience it doing it on my own. I love how Errin captured that desire. I felt she truly was there for me on my first boudoir experience. I felt seen, known, and felt extremely comfortable and home with her and mySelf. Thank you Errin! I appreciate you so much.

Great brow shaping and threading services! Ema also does eyebrow waxing but I was looking for a more natural look. She listened to what I wanted but also gave great suggestions. Not rushed at all and very personable! Will be back to see Ema!!

Errin is professional and very talented. I received the brow wax/tint as well as the lash lift and tint service. I highly recommend any of these services. I won’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows. She has a special gift of know exactly what color and style works well with your features. She is amazing and recommend her 10/10 times!

Errin is fantastic! She listens to and interprets what I want perfectly and has transformed my brows into what I want. She’s extremely personable and professional. She also did my makeup for my wedding as well as all of my bridesmaids. All five of us were so happy, we felt and looked beautiful. I would HIGHLY recommend her to all!

Errin not only makes you look and feel your best, but she makes you feel super comfortable and relaxed when you are in her studio. I have never received so many compliments on my eyebrows until I started seeing her a little over a year ago. I was so happy the day I became her client because I never have to worry about someone screwing up my eyebrow shape again! She is also super proficient at waxing and ensures to do small areas at a time to cut down on the discomfort of the process. Do yourself a favor and see Errin! Errin does fabulous work and I enjoy our easy conversations during appointments. I started with eyebrow waxes, then upgraded to eyebrow/lash tints, and recently had her do my make-up for professional headshots. The results are always exactly what I asked for, no notes.

Errin is literally the best! I've been several times now and gotten several different treatments from brow shaping/waxing, brow tinting, and eyelash lifting. Every single time I walk away looking and feeling amazing. The picture I posted is a before and after from an eyelash lift that lasted for about 6 weeks! I love Errin! She does my waxing, lashes, and has done my makeup for photo shoots. She is so personable, easy going and knowledgeable. You definitely want someone that makes you feel comfortable when you’re waxing all your body parts and Errin does is great at that lol. Highly recommend!

I've been going here for almost two years and Errin is the best! She has boosted my confidence so much, with amazing eyebrows, lash lifts and waxing. I skip paying a bill before I skip getting my eyebrows done by this woman! I'll never walk into a threading shop inside a Walmart ever again.. Since Covid she's taken so many extra measures to help keep clients feeling safe and her shop has always been clean so I've never been worried about that. This shop is a hidden gem in downtown Algonquin.

Errin is the miracle worker. Went in for a lash lift and a lash tint, also a brow wax and tint, obsessed is the word that comes to mind. The lashes on my left eye where extremely curlly, such a hassle everyday, not any more Errin tamed the beast and they look amazballs. I was looking for a place that did lashes and I happen to stumble on Errins web site, so happy I did. Errin and the location are super charming. I highly recommend a visit, treat yourself to a lash lift, you won't be disappointed..

I have been to Ema's salon twice. I loved the makeup look. I received multiple compliments that evening. Ema is professional and funny. She also listens and works with your preferred style and gives good suggestions. Great location.
