Prenatal massage 60 minute or 90 minute I have prenatal cushions or pillows to help accommodate for comfort. If you haven't had prenatal massage before I suggest starting with a 60 minute session. Hot stones help relax the nervous system and help release tension in muscles. Hot stones are used before massaging with swedish/deep tissue massage techniques to have a therapeutic and relaxing experience.

chakra healing and balancing, sound healing, intuitive messages, meditation There are 45 min and 60 min sessions that are offered for cosmic chakra balancing *these two are based on the chakras without massage. (Unless the 60 min allows time for feet for grounding) The 90 minute, 2 hour and 2 and half hour sessions combined chakra balancing and massage.

Reiki infused massage. First part of session is Reiki. Starts with short meditation to connect energies and I use hands on Reiki. Later half is the customized massage.
