I have been seeing Michelle once a month for the past 2–3 years, and I can honestly say she is amazing. From the very first appointment, she made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and confident that I was in expert hands. Michelle is incredibly knowledgeable and always tailors each facial to the specific needs of my skin. She takes the time to listen, answer questions, and explain recommendations without ever making me feel pressured. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her clients truly set her apart. Not only have I seen a significant improvement in the health and appearance of my skin, but my appointments with Michelle have become something I genuinely look forward to each month. Her professionalism, warmth, and passion for what she does make every visit a wonderful experience. If you're looking for a skilled, caring, and exceptional facialist, I cannot recommend Michelle highly enough. She is simply the best!

this place is absolutely amazing, not only does the aesthetician know exactly what she’s doing, because clearly she’s been doing this at a high level for a long time, but she was such a pleasure to even Converse conversation with. Her prices were absolutely competitive and fair, And the quality of work is unmatched. I have been living with extremely large pores, my entire life, which led to childhood acne, an adult acne scars. Michelle has worked wonders, and now you couldn’t even tell that I had any kind of skin issues grow growing up. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to feel, look, and potentially act much younger than you may be. At least give them a call so that you can see how experienced the aesthetician is by just a phone consultation.

I’ve been seeing Michelle for years and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face!

I booked two appointments with this esthetician through ClassPass, and both were canceled on the day of the appointment — just two hours before each one. The first time I was told there was “no electricity,” so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and rebooked for the following week. The second time, there was no explanation, apology, or notice — simply another last-minute cancellation. On top of that, she never responded to my messages or made any attempt to communicate or reschedule properly. This is incredibly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for clients’ time. If you value reliability, communication, and professionalism, I would strongly advise booking elsewhere until these issues are addressed.
