By far, the best decision I have made in my adult life was to join Nancy's studio. Nine months later, I am happier, healthier, fitter and 14 lbs lighter. Don't second guess this choice: Nancy, the crew, and the pilates gang have been nothing but welcoming and friendly since day 1! :)

Starting coming here about 7 yrs ago. Love Nanci and the studio. Lots of variety in the routines, really friendly clientele, fun atmosphere.

I've been coming for about 15 years to this place, I'm 73 now and I have very little problems with balance and strength I am very happy with the results I get here
