Cancellation & Reschedule Policy • I kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours will allow me to transfer your deposit to your new appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. 3. Late Arrival Policy • Please arrive on time to fully enjoy your appointment. Please communicate with me via text if you will arrive after the 10 minute grace period. Services may need to be rescheduled (new deposit) or altered to fit the remaining service time.
