Pilates for the Sensory System is a gentle, 50-minute guided movement experience designed to help you better understand how your body experiences sensation—and how Pilates can support balance, regulation, and ease.

In this class, you’ll move through thoughtfully selected exercises while learning how breath, alignment, and body awareness support different parts of the sensory system, including proprioception, vestibular input, and interoception.

This workshop blends learning with embodied practice, offering a calm, supportive environment where you’re encouraged to move at your own pace, explore modifications, and notice what your body needs in the moment.

This class offers a first look into my broader Pilates for the Sensory System work.
