Through breath, Pilates, and gentle movement, we'll explore simple ways to reconnect with yourself and respond to what your body needs today.

There is no expectation to keep up or get everything "right." You'll be offered options throughout class, and you're always welcome to take breaks or adjust movements as needed. Your camera can be on or off—whatever feels most comfortable for you.

Whether this is your first Pilates class or you've been practicing for years, you're welcome here.
