Big feelings are part of growing up — and kids don’t need fixing, they need tools. This year I’m offering a quarterly Social-Emotional Learning class for kids ages 4–7, designed to help children: • understand their feelings • learn simple ways to calm their bodies • communicate emotions with more ease • know that all feelings are okay Each class is educational, interactive, and fun, using stories, movement, creativity, and gentle activities kids love. These are stand-alone classes, so families can join one or all four. 📍 Blatman Health and Wellness 🧒 Ages 4–7 ⏰ 30–45 minutes 🎨 Playful, supportive, and kid-friendly Cost: $15/child February 7: All Feeling Are Welcome May 2: Anger August 1: Problem Solving/Teamwork November 7: Worry/Anxiety Because when kids learn early that feelings are just messengers, they grow into more confident, connected humans. 💛 This series is inspired by the well-loved Slumberkins® social-emotional curriculum and uses stories, creativity, and simple tools to help kids understand their feelings in kid-friendly ways.
