Space: I went to Christal at The Skin Design Studio for the first time a few days ago and I had such a great experience. My first impression was how comfortable her space felt - it was very clean, cute, peaceful and just very inviting. During service: Christal is a genuinely kind person, funny and great to talk to during the service. She explains everything including the products and takes their ingredients into account with your individual needs. Communication: Her before and after appointment communication is very clear and detailed, which is helpful for someone like me who forgets stuff lol. Christal was GREAT!!!! Service from start to finish was amazing. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with the biggest smile along with cozy decor. This was my first full service facial and I couldn't have asked for a better esthetician. During the session she made sure I was comfortable at all times. She was super informative; before putting a product on my face she would let me know what it was and what feelings to expect so that I wouldn't be surprised. I left the appointment with soft and glowing skin. She even made sure my skin was protected enough for me to sit out in the sun by applying sunscreen at the end of my appointment. It's literally the small things that count!!! Even days after my appointment, my skin is still super soft and has that glow! 10/10 all around and I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
