Please take a moment to review the following policies to ensure the best experience possible: A deposit/booking fee is required to secure your appointment and must be paid within 24 hours of booking. If not received, your appointment will be released. All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once within 30 days. Deposits are applied to your final balance. There is a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Please set aside a few minutes to complete all consent forms before your appointment. We offer several payment options including Afterpay, Klarna, Affim, Health savings accounts HSA / FSA. Please arrive makeup-free for facial services. Chemical peels will not be performed on first-time clients. No children or additional guests are allowed unless they are being serviced. To avoid a fee, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late changes will result in a 60% charge of the service total. If it is your first time visiting the Skin Design Studio book this facial. It includes a thorough consultation, review of your current skincare routine and a customized facial. This is not a one size fits all service. It is tailored to address your specific skin needs. It includes double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions (if needed), mask for your skin type, moisturizer, serums and SPF. A treatment plan will be created to address any skin concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation (dark spots, malasma) or dehydration. Please budget $200-$300 for professional skin care products. (We offer Afterpay, Klarna and Affirm)
