This place and hair stylist has been absolutely amazing. I have been with C.W. Scalp solutions for over a year now and it is the only hair place I swear by! Chonnette is super professional, personable, and accommodating to her customers. Everytime I come in for a hair appointment I feel like I’m talking with an old friend. I also know the products she uses are all vetted and thoroughly screened before she puts anything into her clients hair. She also lets all her clients do payments in installments. This is truly a place I know I am always valued as a client!

This was one of the most amazing and helpful starting points to my hair journey via my road to true self care! I found my new best friend with a passion for her career and love for women of God who are working not only on their outward appearance but need to focus on the inner parts! I really like the new location of Chonnette’s salon — it has such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Most importantly, after my hair treatment, I love how my hair feels and looks! Chonnette is so professional, and it’s clear that she truly cares about helping her clients feel beautiful, especially by addressing hair loss with such skill and compassion.

Ive been going to Chonnette's salon since 2017. She has help me to understand over the years how important self care and hair care go hand & hand. I've been receiving the ready braid service since January 2026 and it is great! Chonnette always braids my hair with care. It's not tight or loose but just right and it lasts for a good while as well. I look forward to our conversations in the shop. We're always laughing! 🤣

I had a really positive experience with my recent trichology visit and wanted to share for anyone considering going. From start to finish, everything felt very professional. She had the right equipment for the job and took the time to walk me through exactly what she was doing during the evaluation. I especially appreciated how thoroughly she explained her findings and laid out a detailed plan to restore my hair and scalp health. What stood out most to me was her honesty. She didn’t sugarcoat anything—she was clear about what was going on and what needed to be done, which I truly respect. At the same time, I never felt judged or uncomfortable during the process. There was no pressure to purchase products or commit to additional services. She simply provided the information and left it up to me to decide how I wanted to move forward. Her office is also very well set up, and privacy is respected, which made the experience even more comfortable. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for proper hair care or needing trichology support.
