Online Yoga Therapy Session - 2 Hours
A focused and integrative yoga therapy practice to discover more subtle aspects of your mind and body. Sessions are tailored according to your goals to create your personalized practice, diving deeper into self discovery through the clarity and relaxation of Yoga Therapy.
Sessions may or may not include postures, breath work, neuromuscular and somatic education, mudra, mantra, marma, yoga nidra, a specific guided meditation and relaxation followed by integration and sharing.
2 Hours each, available in person or online.
