First of all Nikki is such a sweet person and her personality is what makes the experience even more wonderful! I needed to pamper myself and wanted a relaxing beneficial experience and Nikki did it all . I absolutely loved my facial and back facial I received with her. Nikki was very kind and professional. I got full legs, Brazilian, and underarm sugaring and was surprised that it hurt a lot less than I was expecting. She made he feel welcomed and comfortable, and was very easy to talk to so it made the whole process a lot more pleasant. Her space was very sanitary and organized, yet inviting. My boyfriend & I had our first facial together for Valentines/ Girls Day. He's never had one before so he didn't want know what to expect. Nikki & her friend were very gentle. She made sure she was able to do 2 facials at one's by finding a helper, even though she doesn't really offer couples services often. It felt so relaxing, that I fell asleep at one point. Nikki is amazing! I started waxing 11 years ago and have been sugaring the past 3 years. When my previous esthetician decided to close shop, I freaked out and immediately started searching for a new one. It’s not an easy to task to find a new esthetician but it felt easy with Nikki. This was my first headspa experience and she truly outdid all of my expectations that I had for this treatment! The most relaxing 2 hours that I have felt in a long time! I recently had a threading treatment with Skin Addicts Maui, and it was the first time I had experienced threading. Not only will I return to them for other services, my experience was so fantastic that they made me a threading convert! What I particularly loved was that Nicole from Skin Addicts Maui was very responsive to the direct messages about the treatment that I had sent before my appointment, and she patiently educated me about the process and addressed my concerns. Then, during my treatment, she made sure to check in with me to ensure that my experience was as pain-free as possible, since that had been a huge concern of mine. Not only do my brows look amazing, I received excellent service as well. I would highly recommend Nicole and Skin Addicts Maui for their threading service, and all of their other services.

First timer here I have always wanted to try a head spa, but the only ones that were available were in Oahu. Not until Kumu Napua advertised Skin Addicts on social media. I immediately booked an appointment after. Skin addicts doesn’t just do head spas, they do facials, and beautician stuff as well. I was greeted with an area that had northern lights and stars displayed on the ceiling, some calming meditation music, and Emilys tone of voice is very soft and relaxing tone. I first get into a robe and sit in a chair for the before scalp pictures, she gave me the information on what I was looking at and what she expects the results to be after the spa. When you first get on the table you’re in for a treat! I got arm, neck, hands massage to loosen up the tension to allow yourself to relax. There is lavender aromatherapy to ensure yourself to meditate. Once you she starts with the head massages, your only battle is to try not to fall asleep. The head massages has a few techniques and tools to accumulate blood circulation, to open up my pores for more hair growth, and to scrap those dandruffs and take the oily part of your hair out. Each and every massage on my head was the best part. It’s just like getting regular body massages, but if you’re like me who likes head rubs better (more for releasing headaches) then you truly will like this head spa. After the treatment, she will sit you back on the chair for the after results. The after results blew my mind on how clear my scalp and healthy it looked. You get your own water bottle and a piece of chocolate when your done. I highly recommend trying at least once here. She is booked well, which means this is the real deal that head spas are amazing. Truly treat yourself with self-care. The best compliment I can give is, “I was so relaxed, trying not to fall asleep is a good compliment”. Definitely going here once a month (which was recommended). Just did 2 keiki facials with Skin Addicts Maui and both my daughter's loved every moment. She had towel tops for both my 12 year old and even my 5 year old. It was adorable. My eldest fell asleep because it was so relaxing. When it was my 5 year olds turn, she enjoyed it. Nikki was so sweet with her. She was just talking stories to my daughter as if they were best friends. It was awesome. They shared a few laughs too. By the end both daughter were glowing!!! Highly recommend it to everyone
