Note: Color heals 20–30% lighter. • TOUCH-UPS: Not included. We bill separately based on the timeframe from your last visit. Oily or sensitive skin types may require a third session for optimal retention. 💰 PRICING & POLICIES • DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS: Required to book. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to another service or artist. • PROMOTIONS: Only one discount per visit. Promotions CANNOT be combined. 🚫 CANCELLATIONS & FEES • NO-SHOWS / SAME-DAY CANCEL: You will be charged 100% of the service fee. • 48-HOUR NOTICE: Reschedule/cancel at least 48 business hours prior or payment is forfeited. • NON-REFUNDABLE FEES: Payments include a bank fee. If you cancel, this fee is non-refundable as it is kept by the processor. • LATE ARRIVAL: 15-min grace period.
