All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to another service or artist. • PROMOTIONS: Only one discount per visit. Promotions CANNOT be combined.  🚫 CANCELLATIONS & FEES • NO-SHOWS / SAME-DAY CANCEL: You will be charged 100% of the service fee. • 48-HOUR NOTICE: Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 48 business hours prior to your appointment or your payment is forfeited. • NON-REFUNDABLE FEES: All payments include a bank processing fee. If you book the wrong service or cancel, this fee is non-refundable as it is kept by the processor (bank). • LATE ARRIVAL: 15-minute grace period. At 20 minutes, your appointment is cancelled and payment is lost. ⚖️ STATE TAX • Permanent Makeup services are taxable in New Jersey and is 6.625%.
