Welcome to Luxe Hair By Sierra! For all new clients, we require a free consultation before booking any service. Additionally, if it has been more than six months since your last appointment, a consultation is also required. This helps us understand your hair needs and ensure the best results. If you book a service without a prior consultation, it will be canceled. Please book your consultation 1st. Mandatory Consultation: A consultation is required before any service. Deposits: • $25 for basic services • $50 for complex services Non-refundable. Pay via the booking link, cash, or Zelle. Appointment Scheduling: • No same-day appointments • $100 fee for squeeze-ins Quality Assurance: No rush policy. Please book only if you have ample time. Contact: Questions? Text or call 468.858.2701. Late Arrival Policy: 20-minute grace period. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be rescheduled. Cancellation/Rescheduling: Provide 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations forfeit deposit. No-Show Policy: No-shows require a new deposit. Multiple no-shows may result in booking restrictions. Service Terms: We may refuse service for policy non-adherence. Prices may change without notice. Booking an appointment means you agree to these policies.
