Bodysmith Bodywork provides focused, results-oriented bodywork designed to help correct pain patterns and facilitate deep recovery. Led by owner and sole practitioner Rebecca Smith, LMT, Bodysmith Bodywork offers specialized modalities including Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish, the Vodder method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), and Assisted Stretching. Each session is a unique experience tailored to remove chronic tension, support post-surgical recovery, and assist long-term health goals. The Bodysmith Standard: To ensure a transparent and professional environment, all services follow an all-inclusive pricing model with no hidden fees or "add-on" costs. If your recovery requires specific tools—such as Cupping, Muscle Scraping (IASTM), KT Taping, or targeted topicals—they are included in the price of your session to achieve optimal results. As a solo practice dedicated to specialized manual therapy, tipping is never expected or required.
