This includes a postural and mobility assessment. During the session, we’ll address muscle tension, movement restrictions, pain and compensation patterns, and support the brain–body connection. All sessions are fully customized and 100% tailored to you - we'll use a variety of techniques and modalities to help you reach your wellness, recovery, and athletic performance goals. This session may be scheduled for a day or time outside of regular working hours. You can request this session by texting 912-446-7881. If you would like to be a demo, but prefer to not have your face shown, please leave a note when scheduling and inform your therapist prior to the start of the session. Note: there may be pauses throughout the session to adjust lighting and camera angles as needed.
