If you’re looking for a dog trainer, I’m just going to say it — go with Chantel. Choosing her was easily one of the best decisions we’ve made, second only to rescuing our girl, Hera. We brought Hera home at 2 months old. She’s a German Shepherd, and we were completely overwhelmed. She wasn’t just a “normal crazy puppy.” She was reactive, timid, and scared of everything. Loud cars, motorcycles, sirens — instant panic. Walks were stressful because she pulled and lunged nonstop. At home, it wasn’t much easier. She wouldn’t relax or cuddle. She chased our son, nipped at us, and treated everyone like a chew toy. Our son was honestly scared of her. We knew she was a puppy and that some of this was normal, but after four months of trying everything we could think of, we felt exhausted and defeated. Then we found Chantel. We talked to four different trainers before choosing her. She was the only one who didn’t feel like she was just trying to sell us something. You can tell immediately that she genuinely cares. She answered every question we had and never made us feel dumb or rushed. We actually wanted to start training right away, but she told us Hera needed to be a little older first. Instead of pushing us to sign up anyway, she gave us advice to help us survive those last few weeks. That alone meant a lot. At 6 months, we sent Hera to train with her — and the difference is honestly unbelievable. She listens. She checks in with us. Walks are calm now. Loud noises don’t send her into a meltdown. She’s confident instead of scared. But the biggest change? Our son and Hera are best friends now. They cuddle. They play. He’s not afraid of her anymore. She still gets to be a puppy, but now she makes good choices on her own. Chantel didn’t just train our dog — she gave us peace in our own home again. If you’re on the fence, this is your sign. Go with Chantel.

Chantel was absolutely AMAZING with our boy. We have been struggling with the puppy phase with our yellow lab boy and his reactivity as well as manipulation and jumping disobedience issues. Chantel was able to take our boy and give us back a calm, obedient, amazing and what seems like a new boy. He is so obedient now, listens well, the jumping has mostly stopped, he has learned to do commands on the first sometimes second time saying them but mostly is a very good boy now. It was evident to us as well upon pick up that she loved our boy and took such good care of him and that he bonded well with her and even seemed to have missed her a bit when he ​came home after his training was done. We cannot thank her enough for her assistance with all of our behavioral concerns with him and will be continuing to use her for further training when needed. She was able to train the reactivity out of him. We didn't quite get to the full off leash part but he is doing sooo well and we have faith that we can get him fully off leash.

Chantel was worth every penny. She trained our 5.5 month old Labrador and the results were incredible!! We are beyond impressed and happy with her work. The communication through out the 3 weeks was every day (which we LOVED) daily photos/videos and very detailed descriptions on how the training day went. Would recommend her to everyone.

After seeing the results that my son had with his large GSD mix, I sent Nugget, 8 month old mini Australian Labradoodle with a very stubborn streak and a mind of his own, to Chantel for 2 weeks. Amazing results. When I took him for a walk in the neighborhood, everyone asked me if I'd gotten a different dog! We are still working on his "impulses" with taking things he shouldn't, but Chantel has been there for support since I picked him up. Definitely recommend her.

Chantel did an amazing job training our dog. Marlowe no longer zigzags and/or lunges at other dogs. She obeys commands and is well behaved after her training. Plus, it looks like Marlowe enjoyed the experience. Thank you so much!!

Chantel is honestly amazing! I don't know how I can describe the feeling of confidence and safety I felt while my dog Bella was with her for 3 weeks. She loved my dog Bella as if she were her own! I am so amazed at how much Bella has changed! I couldn't ask for a better trainer! I highly recommend having Chantel train your dog! Before Bella had any training, we had to keep her away from my son to protect both of them, after Bella came back from training my son is able to be around her with no fear!

We cannot say enough great things about Chantel at Beauty and Her Beasts! We entrusted our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Lucky, to her for three weeks, and the experience exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment Lucky arrived, it was clear that Chantel genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. She provided excellent training, consistent communication, and created an environment where Lucky was happy, comfortable, and excited every day. Not only did Lucky come home with improved obedience and manners, but she also came home confident and clearly well-loved. Chantal is absolutely amazing at dog training! She has been incredible working with my two doodles, both under a year old. Training two young, energetic dogs at the same time is no easy task, but she handled it with such skill and patience. She is very knowledgeable and clear with her commands, and you can really see how much she cares about the dogs and their progress. My pups have improved so much in their behavior and obedience thanks to her guidance. I highly recommend Chantal to anyone looking for a talented, dedicated, and effective dog trainer!

Chantel did an amazing job with our dog Obi. He was having issues with pulling and barking at others during our walks but he now is very obedient with all his commands. He has respect for us as owners and has a better listening skills. My wife and I both highly recommend Chantel for dog training.

I sent Carmela to Chantal when she was 5 months and it was the best decision! I sent her a puppy with the worst case of puppy ADD and she returned a confident well behaved dog. I can take her off leash to the mall and she won’t leave my side. Chantal did an amazing job with Carmela.

I was recommended to Beauty and Her Beast by my brother in law. I saw the great results he got with his Labradoodle so decided to send my Silver Lab for 3 weeks training. Let me tell you I was so shocked and impressed on how much my Bruno improved in 3 weeks time. I really do not recognize him anymore. He’s a totally different dog now. My walks are pleasant and I can finally take him places. Car rides are also so enjoyable. Chantel was amazing and is always available to answer any questions. Frankie is a hyper 3 year old Australian Shepard who is high maintenance and needs a lot of attention. With just 2 weeks with Chantel he learned so much and knows his commands. He learned to not get distracted so easily and is getting more and more trained each day! Thank you Chantel for an amazing experience!!

Chantel was walking a Doberman pinscher full size at Victoria Gardens (Upscale Outdoor Mall). She was confident, had control over the dog but the dog was also behaving wonderfully. I knew she had to be a trainer and that she would be perfect for us. I stopped her and asked if she was a trainer did she have any opening. Yes & Yes. I got her information and we parted. I called the next day, now due to us both being busy we scheduled out a few months which is great I placed the deposit and set the calendar. OK so Eros the mighty Frenchie who thinks this is his world and we are all taking up position in it. 2 years ago when he was 3 we were on our morning walk to get dads coffee, and all of a sudden he tucked his but to the ground and started whimpering it was awful. I asked him was something strained, he looked at me like this is not a sprain dad. He would not move, so I pick him up called urgent care. Long story short. He had a calcified disk that shattered causing much pain, temp paralysis, and a very sad puppy. OK many MRI, X-rays, two operations costing what an entry level car would be, yes I had insurance and if this is a breed you want you should too! Worth every penny, and they paid for after card, chiropractic, hydro therapy, etc. Now to today. The surgeons were great at their job, they did tell me while he had movement in his two back legs, walking was not going to be part of his life, I refused and did anything we could, Jazz at Buddy K-9 Hydrotherapy also did not give up, we still go and the little man does walk, not run, no zummies, but he uses his both his back legs and paws. Why did he need training basically Covid, he did not get socialized and when he was a puppy we lived in a large house with a large backyard and dog door. When we moved DTLA he would bark at other dogs and people, living there over 2 years, I was able to keep him from barking but if my roommate took him out forget it. Another reason I waited was because if you live in a house and the others don't follow your rules for your dog, forget it the dog is not going to follow direction. So in part we had moved again up into the trees, and my roommate did not spend as much time with him, it was time to do something also he had just turned 5. The plan was to do training it just never happened. Then I met Chantel! I have had a lot of dogs, Great Danes, Pit Bulls, Pomeranian, and most of them had been train to a decent level, the Great Dane had the most training and it paid off. Yet I had never done "Doggy Boot Camp" where they stay at the trainers house and then when returned to you, you are given the commands and what to do to keep or sustain the same results. IT WORKS! Wow, my little monster not only listened to me, he was doing "place" (down and stay) he was "coming" to me on command, etc. The biggest challenge was how to have everyone at home on the same page. Chantel said dont worry if needed I will come to you and your family and we can do a family session, learn the commands, and get a push start. So far we have not needed them, but I travel a lot and he is spoiled with the dog sitter, that said we have be using the new commands. Dont wait hire Chantel today. Not only is she great at what she does, she is kind, and gentle and understands your dogs needs. We got updates everyday or so, with pictures, this guy was not a Boot Camp he was at Camp Beverly Hills, he was at Victoria Gardens weekly or more, SBUX, IN and OUT, he had it rough. But seriously he is so happy with his new structure that was missing. THANK YOU Chantel hugs Darren and Eros!

Chantel was so amazing. Agate our rescue dog was very reactive and fearful in public and with others. Chantel totally worked her magic and now we can take our Aggie in public and walk with no problems. Aggie can now sit on the porch and virtually has no reactivity. We now have the tools to help her through any fearful moment with success. We were so impressed with the ability Chantel had to work through Aggies reactivity with so much calm and patience. This was an experience of a lifetime that totally helped our rescue dog Agate. Thank you so so much Chantel.

We just got our puppy back from his 3-week boot camp training and I cannot believe the transformation! Incredible! He no longer has the “puppy destructive behavior” and is a such a happy pup! My wife and I are the proud owners of a beautiful and powerful 8 month old English Cream Golden Retriever. He has a great temperament but he is one wild pup! We knew that we needed a professional dog trainer and the search was on! After careful research, we found Chantel and placed Finn in her two week training program. When we dropped him off, he would listen to either my wife or me. Absolutely not sit, no stay or recall and he did not respect anyone’s personal space Fast forward two weeks, when we picked up Finn we were simply amazed. Chantel did an amazing job of training our boy Moose! We knew Cane Corso's to be a stubborn breed and wanted him trained very young. Chantel began his training at 5 months old, and trained him for 3 weeks. We were very pleased and feel highly confident in all of the commands she taught him both on and off leash. As a dog momma I was worried about leaving him for 3 weeks, but Chantel made us feel very comfortable and confident in leaving him in her care, and also provided us with daily updates on how he was doing and the status of his training. Chantel is an excellent trainer! My three year-old Australian cattle dog was nipping and biting our family and friends whenever they would come visit. Chantel was wonderful for our two week board and train program. She‘s very knowledgeable and clearly cared about our 4 month old shepherd puppy. 1000% would recommend anyone to book a board and train with Chantal! We were so indecisive about training for my dog (Koda) because it felt daunting to decide who to trust with your pet for two weeks (especially a dog like mine who was not a very confident dog and very attached). However, after having a scary incident with my dog during a walk, we decided to immediately contact Chantal for training. Koda is now a completely different dog - in the best way possible. I wasn't sure what to expect from his training, but I can confidently say that Chantal has worked her magic with Koda. Our walks are SO much better and I feel so much more confident when I'm with him in public. He was very reactive but his commands work so well in public! Although two weeks can seem so long without your pet, I highly recommend that anyone seeking professional dog training contact Chantal! She was very responsive throughout the two weeks and would send me pictures and updates on his training. Koda was so happy to see her a few weeks later when she came to our house to help with some reinforcement (which is so nice of her to do!), so it felt so good to know that she built a bond with him. 10/10!!

Our rescue baby, Hawk was scared of his own shadow and had absolutely no behavior training whatsoever. We left him with Chantel for 3 weeks and when we picked him up he was a new dog. He could walk on a leash, heel, sit, lay down and had built up his confidence so so much. Chantel saved our baby and us. He gets to be a happy boy now. <3

I brought my 14 month old German Shepherd to Chantel and my experience was worth every dollar. Seeing the results, I would pay double without hesitation. We have a doberman mix rescue! Did the two week program and it was worth every penny. He went from being the loudest scariest dog in the park to being the calmest dog there! Can’t thank Chantel enough for the incredible work.

We had a golden doodle who has significant anxiety and behavior problems. Chantal was amazing and in about two weeks our little dog transformed. He is now off the leash, wonderful around people finally. We also utilize her for boarding when we are out of town. Our dogs are so excited when they arrive. She has a golden touch with animals.

Chantel loves her job and you can tell! She has all the patience and she cares about her “students” so she can help them live their best life. Our Trinity was like an excited toddler one minute and a moody teen the next but that didnt phase Chantel. I can’t say enough great things about Chantel and her board-and-train program! I sent my dog Grace for a three-week board and train, and the results have been amazing. She mastered her obedience skills and even learned new commands, like the Place command. Now, I can take her anywhere—Tractor Supply, Home Depot, and more—and she is the perfect K9 citizen! Her manners have completely transformed, and I enjoy spending time with her so much more. The training not only gave my dog confidence and structure but also made my life easier. Bruno is a German Shepherd Malinois mix. We adopted him from a rescue and were told he was abandoned in a backyard. He was settling in well as long as he was inside the house but afraid of his own shadow outside. We worked with a trainer who would come once a week to help us but eventually he said we should consider a board and train for Intensive training. I chose Chantel because she keeps the dog in her home rather than a kennel (which would have been traumatic for him) and she had extensive training herself plus a strong background in GSD. She sent us regular updates on how Bruno was progressing and was successful in helping him build the confidence he needed to then learn all of the important skills and commands. She spent two hours teaching us how to continue to work with him at pick up and we couldn’t be more happy and excited to continue to help Bruno live his best life! We can now go out to busy public places and he follows all of our commands while remaining calm and happy!

Chantel was one of the best decisions we ever made for our pup. Our one year old German short haired pointer is the sweetest boy but was struggling with behavioral issues such as jumping, barking, and not following commands like he should. we chose the 3 week program with Chantel and she was amazing with him. Not only is she an incredible effective trainer, but it’s extremely obvious that she truly cares for the animals that she helps. she earns their respect AND their love. Which definitely earned ours! One thing to note is although it seems like magic at first, it is extremely important to continue the training process yourself when you get home. and she gives you all of the tools to do that. she spent plenty of time with us teaching exactly how we could make sure that Magnus succeeds in the long run. if you are on the fence about going through this training, pull the trigger and do it! you will have no regrets.

It was the best decision I’ve made this year! Chantel is a fantastic trainer!! I have a different dog, he’s happier and so am I! So grateful!

I was on the fence about sending my puppy off for a few weeks but am so glad that I did. Our trainer Chantel was amazing and made a huge difference in the quality of life I now have with my dog. No more pulling on walks, listens very well to commands and stays in his place when told. I have had several people comment on how well behaved he is, especially for being under a year old. With any big investment it's important to keep training and reinforce everything that was taught. I now look forward to our walks.

Chantel worked with both of our dogs and we couldn’t be more grateful for what she did for us. One of our dogs, Bailey (Shepard Mix), is very anxious and reactive to other dogs, even with our second dog Emery (Black lab mix). We were at the point of having to keep our dogs separate and were unsure if we would be able to continue to have both of them living together in our house. Taking Bailey for a walk prior to working with Chantel was a stressful, unenjoyable experience. Emery had a lot of puppy tendencies and bad habits that Chantel helped equip her (and us) with the training and skills to help her be a well behaved dog. Chantel took on the task of working with Bailey to cope with her anxiety and reduce her reactivity (and train us how to work Bailey through it). The difference in Bailey since her return is night and day. Chantel was extremely thorough in helping us understand how to continue the process with Bailey and keep working with her to improve her reactivity. Chantel was extremely responsive throughout the whole process, answered all of our questions, sent us frequent updates, and continues to check in and support us as new questions arise in our dog training journey. When it was time for them to come home, she gave us an extremely thorough run down of how to continue working with them at home and how to help them with their behaviors. She worked with each of our dogs separately and worked them together to help us understand how to better manage them and help them grow and continue to be part of our family. Thanks to Chantel, we were able to keep our family together and our dogs are able to be together and happy!

Working with Chantel was such a great experience. She helped me with my 5 year old husky rescue who had confidence issues, was a bit nervous and anxious, and we were having trouble communicating. After just a few weeks she truly made such a difference in our lives. My pup is so much happier now that we are able to communicate more clearly, he is so much more comfortable around other people/dogs and in distracting situations, not to mention so well behaved when walking etc. She also taught me how to continue the training on our own and has been available to talk through all of my questions and concerns as l learned best practices. I would recommend working with Chantel for anyone that is looking for expert assistance with their pup at any level. She truly cares for all animals and your fur baby will be in good hands!

Chantel got our boy Rudy over his reactivity towards bicyclists and horses. It's been nearly a year and she still takes the time to answer our questions, she's the best!

Chantel did an amazing job with our reactive 4 year old dog! We did a board and train with her for 3 weeks. Chantel was so great to work with, had a perfect temperament for our dog, and provided us detailed and thorough updates along the way. Our dog was very reactive toward other dogs and we wanted to get her to behave around our nearly 1 year old son. Safe to say she delivered on all fronts! Just adding a few months later update on my previous review… Since going through the training process with Chanel in August, our dogs have shown marked improvement. They continue to improve using the training they received from Chanel, and with the training we received from Chanel we have been able to continue to work with them to improve their behavior and make walking them and having them in our house a more enjoyable experience. The methods we learned from Chanel to deal with our shepherd’s reactivity have helped greatly to be able to work with her behaviors and ease her anxiety when we are out walking the neighborhood. Since returning from their training with Chanel, they have been able to be redirected when they are escalated and continue to improve. We can’t thank Chanel enough for everything she did for our dogs and our family.

I have a large Great Dane who I adopted as a 4 year old and had some issues with reactivity towards other dogs, jumping up at people and just generally ignorant to my commands, but a sweet boy at heart just never trained to be a good canine citizen. Chantel had him for a few weeks intensive training and he returned a complete different dog. Now he is responsive to my commands , an absolute angel out in public and most of all Im.no longer afraid to walk him in busy areas around other dogs because I know that- although he weighs more than me- I am in complete control. Chantel kept me updated during his stay and sent lots of photos She is also experienced with giant breed dogs so I felt reassured she knows how to handle these big guys and also the medical issues that they are prone to.

Our 2 year old Belgian did the three week training and it made a huge difference. Walking her is a pleasure now when before I couldn't say the same 😅. She no longer reacts to people and pets. Chantel showed us how to continue her training at home and what habits we needed to correct. Our Belgian is overall more confident and content now that she has clear direction

I’m amazed! Chantel is a pro! My son dropped off his wild dog to me before going on deployment and I was not prepared for the level of crazy this energetic loving fur ball was. But Chantel was able to teach and train his shibu inu, who was very reactive and wild, to follow commands, actually listen, behave, not bark at everything and react well. It was very obvious the effort and energy she gave to Zuko. I felt Zuko was in safe hands and when I picked him up, I was absolutely floored at how far along Zuko had come. She spent a great deal of time with both of us to make sure I learned the best techniques, was equipped to continue the skills, and confident. We were really struggling with our puppy biting our 5 year old. Our dog viewed our son as a chew toy. Since having him home from training with Chantel, he rarely bites our son and if he does, we are able to correct it quickly. It has been a night and day difference since getting him trained! If you’re looking for a dog trainer, I’m just going to say it — go with Chantel. Choosing her was easily one of the best decisions we’ve made, second only to rescuing our girl, Hera. We brought Hera home at 2 months old. She’s a German Shepherd, and we were completely overwhelmed. She wasn’t just a “normal crazy puppy.” She was reactive, timid, and scared of everything. Loud cars, motorcycles, sirens — instant panic. Walks were stressful because she pulled and lunged nonstop. At home, it wasn’t much easier. She wouldn’t relax or cuddle. She chased our son, nipped at us, and treated everyone like a chew toy. Our son was honestly scared of her. We knew she was a puppy and that some of this was normal, but after four months of trying everything we could think of, we felt exhausted and defeated. Then we found Chantel. We talked to four different trainers before choosing her. She was the only one who didn’t feel like she was just trying to sell us something. You can tell immediately that she genuinely cares. She answered every question we had and never made us feel dumb or rushed. We actually wanted to start training right away, but she told us Hera needed to be a little older first. Instead of pushing us to sign up anyway, she gave us advice to help us survive those last few weeks. That alone meant a lot. At 6 months, we sent Hera to train with her — and the difference is honestly unbelievable. She listens. She checks in with us. Walks are calm now. Loud noises don’t send her into a meltdown. She’s confident instead of scared. But the biggest change? Our son and Hera are best friends now. They cuddle. They play. He’s not afraid of her anymore. Chantel was absolutely AMAZING with our boy. We have been struggling with the puppy phase with our yellow lab boy and his reactivity as well as manipulation and jumping disobedience issues. Chantel was able to take our boy and give us back a calm, obedient, amazing and what seems like a new boy. He is so obedient now, listens well, the jumping has mostly stopped, he has learned to do commands on the first sometimes second time saying them but mostly is a very good boy now. It was evident to us as well upon pick up that she loved our boy and took such good care of him and that he bonded well with her and even seemed to have missed her a bit when he ​came home after his training was done. We cannot thank her enough for her assistance with all of our behavioral concerns with him and will be continuing to use her for further training when needed. She was able to train the reactivity out of him. We didn't quite get to the full off leash part but he is doing sooo well and we have faith that we can get him fully off leash.

After seeing the results that my son had with his large GSD mix, I sent Nugget, 8 month old mini Australian Labradoodle with a very stubborn streak and a mind of his own, to Chantel for 2 weeks. Amazing results. When I took him for a walk in the neighborhood, everyone asked me if I'd gotten a different dog! We are still working on his "impulses" with taking things he shouldn't, but Chantel has been there for support since I picked him up. Definitely recommend her.

Chantel was walking a Doberman pinscher full size at Victoria Gardens (Upscale Outdoor Mall). She was confident, had control over the dog but the dog was also behaving wonderfully. I knew she had to be a trainer and that she would be perfect for us. I stopped her and asked if she was a trainer did she have any opening. Yes & Yes. I got her information and we parted. I called the next day, now due to us both being busy we scheduled out a few months which is great I placed the deposit and set the calendar. OK so Eros the mighty Frenchie who thinks this is his world and we are all taking up position in it. 2 years ago when he was 3 we were on our morning walk to get dads coffee, and all of a sudden he tucked his but to the ground and started whimpering it was awful. I asked him was something strained, he looked at me like this is not a sprain dad. He would not move, so I pick him up called urgent care. Long story short. He had a calcified disk that shattered causing much pain, temp paralysis, and a very sad puppy. OK many MRI, X-rays, two operations costing what an entry level car would be, yes I had insurance and if this is a breed you want you should too! Worth every penny, and they paid for after card, chiropractic, hydro therapy, etc. Now to today. The surgeons were great at their job, they did tell me while he had movement in his two back legs, walking was not going to be part of his life, I refused and did anything we could, Jazz at Buddy K-9 Hydrotherapy also did not give up, we still go and the little man does walk, not run, no zummies, but he uses his both his back legs and paws. Why did he need training basically Covid, he did not get socialized and when he was a puppy we lived in a large house with a large backyard and dog door. When we moved DTLA he would bark at other dogs and people, living there over 2 years, I was able to keep him from barking but if my roommate took him out forget it. Another reason I waited was because if you live in a house and the others don't follow your rules for your dog, forget it the dog is not going to follow direction. So in part we had moved again up into the trees, and my roommate did not spend as much time with him, it was time to do something also he had just turned 5. The plan was to do training it just never happened. Then I met Chantel! I have had a lot of dogs, Great Danes, Pit Bulls, Pomeranian, and most of them had been train to a decent level, the Great Dane had the most training and it paid off. Yet I had never done "Doggy Boot Camp" where they stay at the trainers house and then when returned to you, you are given the commands and what to do to keep or sustain the same results. IT WORKS! Wow, my little monster not only listened to me, he was doing "place" (down and stay) he was "coming" to me on command, etc. The biggest challenge was how to have everyone at home on the same page. Chantel said dont worry if needed I will come to you and your family and we can do a family session, learn the commands, and get a push start. So far we have not needed them, but I travel a lot and he is spoiled with the dog sitter, that said we have be using the new commands. Dont wait hire Chantel today. Not only is she great at what she does, she is kind, and gentle and understands your dogs needs. We got updates everyday or so, with pictures, this guy was not a Boot Camp he was at Camp Beverly Hills, he was at Victoria Gardens weekly or more, SBUX, IN and OUT, he had it rough. Chantel was so amazing. Agate our rescue dog was very reactive and fearful in public and with others. 1000% would recommend anyone to book a board and train with Chantal! We were so indecisive about training for my dog (Koda) because it felt daunting to decide who to trust with your pet for two weeks (especially a dog like mine who was not a very confident dog and very attached). However, after having a scary incident with my dog during a walk, we decided to immediately contact Chantal for training. Koda is now a completely different dog - in the best way possible. I wasn't sure what to expect from his training, but I can confidently say that Chantal has worked her magic with Koda. Our walks are SO much better and I feel so much more confident when I'm with him in public. He was very reactive but his commands work so well in public! Although two weeks can seem so long without your pet, I highly recommend that anyone seeking professional dog training contact Chantal! She was very responsive throughout the two weeks and would send me pictures and updates on his training. Bruno is a German Shepherd Malinois mix. We adopted him from a rescue and were told he was abandoned in a backyard. He was settling in well as long as he was inside the house but afraid of his own shadow outside. We worked with a trainer who would come once a week to help us but eventually he said we should consider a board and train for Intensive training. I chose Chantel because she keeps the dog in her home rather than a kennel (which would have been traumatic for him) and she had extensive training herself plus a strong background in GSD. She sent us regular updates on how Bruno was progressing and was successful in helping him build the confidence he needed to then learn all of the important skills and commands. She spent two hours teaching us how to continue to work with him at pick up and we couldn’t be more happy and excited to continue to help Bruno live his best life! We can now go out to busy public places and he follows all of our commands while remaining calm and happy!

Chantel was one of the best decisions we ever made for our pup. Our one year old German short haired pointer is the sweetest boy but was struggling with behavioral issues such as jumping, barking, and not following commands like he should. we chose the 3 week program with Chantel and she was amazing with him. Not only is she an incredible effective trainer, but it’s extremely obvious that she truly cares for the animals that she helps. she earns their respect AND their love. Which definitely earned ours! One thing to note is although it seems like magic at first, it is extremely important to continue the training process yourself when you get home. and she gives you all of the tools to do that. she spent plenty of time with us teaching exactly how we could make sure that Magnus succeeds in the long run. if you are on the fence about going through this training, pull the trigger and do it! you will have no regrets.

I was on the fence about sending my puppy off for a few weeks but am so glad that I did. Our trainer Chantel was amazing and made a huge difference in the quality of life I now have with my dog. One of our dogs, Bailey (Shepard Mix), is very anxious and reactive to other dogs, even with our second dog Emery (Black lab mix). She worked with each of our dogs separately and worked them together to help us understand how to better manage them and help them grow and continue to be part of our family. Working with Chantel was such a great experience. She helped me with my 5 year old husky rescue who had confidence issues, was a bit nervous and anxious, and we were having trouble communicating. Just adding a few months later update on my previous review… Since going through the training process with Chanel in August, our dogs have shown marked improvement. They continue to improve using the training they received from Chanel, and with the training we received from Chanel we have been able to continue to work with them to improve their behavior and make walking them and having them in our house a more enjoyable experience. The methods we learned from Chanel to deal with our shepherd’s reactivity have helped greatly to be able to work with her behaviors and ease her anxiety when we are out walking the neighborhood. Since returning from their training with Chanel, they have been able to be redirected when they are escalated and continue to improve. We can’t thank Chanel enough for everything she did for our dogs and our family.

I have a large Great Dane who I adopted as a 4 year old and had some issues with reactivity towards other dogs, jumping up at people and just generally ignorant to my commands, but a sweet boy at heart just never trained to be a good canine citizen. Chantel had him for a few weeks intensive training and he returned a complete different dog. Now he is responsive to my commands , an absolute angel out in public and most of all Im.no longer afraid to walk him in busy areas around other dogs because I know that- although he weighs more than me- I am in complete control. Chantel kept me updated during his stay and sent lots of photos She is also experienced with giant breed dogs so I felt reassured she knows how to handle these big guys and also the medical issues that they are prone to.

Our 2 year old Belgian did the three week training and it made a huge difference. Walking her is a pleasure now when before I couldn't say the same 😅. She no longer reacts to people and pets. Chantel showed us how to continue her training at home and what habits we needed to correct. Our Belgian is overall more confident and content now that she has clear direction

I’m amazed! Chantel is a pro! My son dropped off his wild dog to me before going on deployment and I was not prepared for the level of crazy this energetic loving fur ball was. But Chantel was able to teach and train his shibu inu, who was very reactive and wild, to follow commands, actually listen, behave, not bark at everything and react well. It was very obvious the effort and energy she gave to Zuko. I felt Zuko was in safe hands and when I picked him up, I was absolutely floored at how far along Zuko had come. She spent a great deal of time with both of us to make sure I learned the best techniques, was equipped to continue the skills, and confident. We are very excited to start this new chapter, I love that she still offers support if I have any hick ups along the way and I am forever grateful. Thank you!!!!!!!!!

We were really struggling with our puppy biting our 5 year old. Our dog viewed our son as a chew toy. Since having him home from training with Chantel, he rarely bites our son and if he does, we are able to correct it quickly. It has been a night and day difference since getting him trained! So happy we did it.

Chantel trained our puppy Minnie and not only did a wonderful, professional and caring job but took her time to make sure we understood the the technology and how to make sure we know how to use it.
