This 8 CE class blends the art of acupressure, meridian stroking, and gentle shiatsu to elevate your facial massage practice. You’ll learn how to identify and work with key facial pressure points to release tension, support energetic flow, and promote deep relaxation. Each technique is designed to enhance your current skills by integrating targeted pressure point and meridian-based methods. Ideal for practitioners who want to offer a more refined and therapeutic facial experience. If you've taken Japanese Facial Massage: All Four Stages, this class is the perfect next step.
This hands-on training helps massage professionals explore the connection between foot posture, ankle mobility, and lower-leg comfort. You’ll learn how to recognize and address common imbalances such as overpronation, supination, and muscular tension using soft-tissue and deep tissue techniques, Gua Sha and hot towel massage. Through guided practice, you’ll gain safe, effective ways to integrate these modalities into your sessions to enhance circulation, support mobility, and improve client comfort. The course also covers contraindications, assessment skills, and self-care strategies that make foot-focused work both rewarding and practical. Students will need to provide their own massage cream or oil, linens and four 16 x 28 towels. Gua Sha tools are included with the class.
