Whether your dog loves to show off high-fives, spins, or more advanced tricks, we can evaluate and submit your test to the AKC. Scent Seekers is designed for dogs and handlers of all experience levels, whether you're looking to introduce your dog to the exciting world of scent detection for fun or preparing for competitive trials. This package provides personalized guidance, structured lessons, and real-world practice to help your dog develop their scenting abilities. Beginner Level: Focus on basic scent detection, building confidence, and introducing simple games. This includes teaching your dog to find and indicate the target scent, using fun exercises that engage their natural abilities. Intermediate Level: Move into more complex scenting tasks, such as scent discrimination, scent tracking, and alert behaviors. Training will take place in various environments to prepare your dog for more real-world challenges. Advanced Level: Fine-tune your dog’s skills for trial preparation. This includes mock trial environments, improving speed, reliability, and handling distractions. We’ll also work on perfecting your dog’s alerting behaviors.
