Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy We appreciate your support and strive to provide the best service for all our clients. Arrival Time A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive later than this, we may not be able to take you, and your deposit will be applied as a cancellation fee. Rescheduling & Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. • Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee, which must be paid before your next appointment.
