At The Mindful Body, every session is an invitation to come home to yourself.
Through intentional massage and Reiki, I help clients reconnect with their bodies, settle their minds, and restore a sense of inner balance.
My work is rooted in presence — creating space for your system to unwind, recalibrate, and remember what wholeness feels like.

I believe that healing isn’t something that needs to be fixed — it’s something we naturally return to when the body feels safe, supported, and seen. Whether through the gentle energy of Reiki or the grounded flow of massage, each session is shaped by what your body needs in the moment.
