From helping us adopt the "right" dog for our family to training our puppy to walk nicely on a leash, Megan has been wonderful! Luna went through the board and train program with Megan and I cannot be happier with the results. Megan is a caring, patient and knowledgeable trainer. And the best part is Luna LOVES going to see Megan and I know she is in great hands when she is at AttaGirl.

Our bernedoodle, Riggs, and my family learned so much from Megan and we cannot thank her enough! She listened to our concerns and worked with all of us to ensure we provided a structured plan to support our dog in his journey. One of the biggest issues we had was pulling on the leash during walks, especially around other people and animals. After board and train with Megan, we can peacefully go on walks! She also taught him that he did not need 24/7 attention, learning to relax and be ok with it has been awesome! AttaGirl Dog training gave my family, myself, and our dog the confidence we all needed!

Megan is amazing! She took such good care of my baby and turned her from an anxious nervous wreck into a confident (mostly, she's still a little dog in a big world) happy pup. Megan is also a great human trainer and educated me on the best ways to help and communicate with my dog. I can't recommended AttaGirl Dog Training enough, I tell everyone I know!

Megan helped train our new puppy that we were struggling with her jumping and chewing the kids toys. Through training, we were able to be better dog owners and learn how to help our dog know what we expect. Our dog is now a treasured family member that has good manners too!! Thank you Megan!!!

Megan is wonderful. She took our very hyper and very large (then) 1 yo Sheepadoodle and transformed her into a new dog. Thanks to Megan, Monty listens, is so much calmer, and very sweet to and with our (now) 3 yo daughter and 1 yo son. Monty is now 2 yo and thriving. My husband and I literally would not have survived dog-ownership without Megan.

I had Megan come to train my new puppy, Cookie. As Cookie is my first large dog, I wanted both of us to be well-trained. Megan is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and an excellent teacher. She gave me the confidence I needed to raise a large puppy. Now, Cookie is almost a year old and has grown up to be the best dog. Much of the training felt like it was for me rather than just for Cookie, which is great because I can apply what I learned to our daily life. Thank you, Megan!

Megan is an excellent dog trainer and even better human trainer!! When we decided we were ready to add a furry family member, Megan helped us pick out the perfect puppy, gave us the “puppy 101 crash course” before we brought her home 😅, and has been a regular part of our puppy-raising journey ever since. Our good girl just turned 8 months old and there’s never a time we are out and don’t receive compliments on her confidence, behavior, and obedience. We highly recommend Megan & AttaGirl training. We found Megan through a friend who highly recommended her. Our English bulldog puppy was biting feet, digging, jumping on people and running out the door. We got the 3 times package and not only was Megan amazing with training she had so much guidance for us. Has been a long time since we had a puppy. Our dog fell in love with Megan. She was amazing about always answering our questions and showing us what to do. If we weren’t doing a lesson she would let us text or call her for help: We learned so much from her. Megan was absolutely amazing! From the moment we had our first conversation about what I was looking to accomplish with my boxer puppy Hunter, she was very clear about how she goes about training and that same day I signed up for 3 private lessons with her at my house. Before Megan got involved, Hunter would not walk outside on a leash at all, if I could get him to walk 10-20 feet, that would be a miracle. Come the first lesson, Megan observed for a few minutes the issue I was having and instantly starting working with both Hunter and I on how to work on this problem in baby steps. Come lesson 2 a week later, Hunter is now walking outside with a new problem, pulling on the leash which Megan spent this lesson working with us on. After just 3 lessons, each a week apart, Hunter and I can now walk for miles with very little pulling and is getting better every day with the techniques that Megan taught to us. Megan not only works with your dog but teaches you how to effectively communicate with your dog so that when she leaves, you can continue working together. I would highly recommend Megan as a trainer and will definitely use her again if there is anything else that I want help teaching my dog.

Best decision going with Megan for our puppy training! We have 2 golden retrievers and absolutely loved working with Megan for a number of reasons. She curated a training program that helped us with the right foundations for a new puppy, integrating a new puppy into a home with an 3y.o. Golden who was happy being the only pet AND helped us create a successful relationship between the two of them as we prepared to bring a newborn into our home as well. So many dynamics at play for us and Megan’s counsel, patience and well-structured program really took the stress away. Highly recommend booking with her!! Its worth it!

Megan is the absolute best! We were so overwhelmed with our new pup we didn't know what to do. Megan came to our home and laid out all the basics for us! She made it possible for us to manage two dogs and a toddler with ease. Do yourself a favor and hire Megan!

We had tried other trainers before Atta Girl was recommended to us, and just wish we found Megan sooner. Winston (Cavalier King Charles) is our first dog and and Megan took all the stress and worry of that away and just helped us all settle in together and just enjoying one another. She helped us completely home settle him so well that he has never had any in house issues, taught us his commands (which he is so good at) and broke it all down into really easy, digestible and fun chunks for people like us with zero experience to master. I didn’t even realise it was as much about me being trained to have a dog nor that I was being trained until after. During boarding and stay overs we get loads of photos and updates which doesn’t always happen with other trainers and which we love receiving when we are away. Megan is always accessible to us, happy to coach through any new challenges and is always our go to for vacations. I couldn’t recommend Atta Girl more highly, I just wish I had Megan’s dog whispering skills that Winston would be as perfect for me as he is for her! If you’re reading this and looking for the best home from home for your dog, then you need look no further, Atta Girl is it.

Megan with AttaGirl training is AMAZING! I have 2 dogs: one golden retriever with barking issues that's scared of everything and one super mutt that's leash aggressive and tends to run away. Although both dogs have very different issues, Megan was able to transform both of my babies into well-trained, happy companions. She is great at not only training the dogs, but the owners as well. I appreciated Megan's great communication skills throughout the process. We knew our pups would be well taken care of the moment they met her. She truly understands the canine mindset and it's miraculous to see. Megan's as close to a dog whisperer as I've ever seen. Our dogs have trained and stayed with Attagirl and they are infinitely happier when they are with Megan than when they have stayed at our vet’s boarding facility. We are sometimes worried they won’t even come home with us. Megan takes wonderful care of them and understands when their behaviors are appropriate or inappropriate. We know that not only are they in a home environment with a beautiful yard to exercise in, but that also she is knowledgeable in dog behavior. She sends pictures each day and my kids both think she should be a dog photographer because she takes such fabulous pictures. We highly recommend Attagirl for your pups.

Megan is extremely professional, and a great dog trainer. We originally hired Megan to do at home training sessions with our puppy, a teddy bear schnoodle named Ze'ev. After several at-home training sessions, we decided that Ze’ev would benefit more from a board & train program due to our work schedules. Megan was able to work with us and quickly restructure Ze'ev's program to meet our needs. Ze'ev loved living with Megan and Ze'ev and Megan's dog Spiller became best buds. We were never concerned about the quality of care our puppy was getting with Megan during board & train. She kept us informed of his training schedule and progress, and regularly provided us with pictures and videos, which put us at ease. Our puppy loved training with Megan so much that when we brought him back for phase two, he was so excited he couldn't "contain" himself! By the time we finished with Ze'ev training, he was able to go into a crate on command and stay calm in there for hours, heel on a walk, and sit and place. At the end of Ze'ev's training his big day came when we had to take him through the airport, he behaved perfectly and we were much more confident taking him on the plane than we would have been had it not been for Megan. Basically, Megan is a pro, five stars.

To start, Megan is a fantastic dog trainer and person all around. She has been working with my husband and I to train our 10 month old Doberman puppy. She started working with us when he was about 6 months old and we noticed a huge difference right away. She not only works with your four legged family member but also trains you how to interact and maintain control when she isn’t there (which is the ultimate goal anyways!). Megan was always such a pleasure to work with and learn from customizing each session to our concerns and needs. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional! I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to train and connect with their dog.

Megan is so great with dogs! She was able to get our dog Nala to walk nicely with a new dog she had never met before. The facility she has built at her house is perfect, and the yard is so great!

I used Megan to help train my four month old Golden Doodle. She was incredibly informative on what I needed to do and how I should be bringing him along. I cannot reiterate how knowledgeable she is and the reasoning behind how you properly train a dog. I would highly recommend her for any new puppy or any dog for that matter you are looking to train and become a confident dog in your houseold.

I hired Megan to work with my older dog to fix some leash-aggression problems. I was always told that “you can’t teach old dogs new tricks” so I was pleasantly surprised when Megan made huge progress with him in just one session. He was being more respectful towards other dogs and listening to cues on the leash better than ever. Not only did Megan help correct some of the problems my dogs was exhibiting but she also helped me correct some of the subtle cues I was giving him that were causing him to act out. Megan really helps get to the root of the problem so that you can get real, lasting results. I highly recommend her!

Amazing training! Attagirl dog training was one of my best animal experiences…EVER
