This first visit creates space to understand what is bringing you to care and what support may be most appropriate. We’ll review your health and bodywork history, current concerns, areas of pain or dysfunction, reproductive or caregiving considerations when relevant, and your goals for care. We’ll also discuss consent, boundaries, comfort, and any needed accommodations. From there, we’ll determine whether my services are a good fit and begin shaping an individualized bodywork plan.
