Please read over all policies before booking. All appts must be scheduled at least 24 hours ahead of time. There is a 10 minute grace period extended for all appts, anyone more than 10 minutes late will have to reschedule the appt. Appts cancellations must be 24 hours ahead of the scheduled appt or they will be subject to a cancellation fee of half of your total service fee. Multiple same day cancellations will result in being blocked from booking future appts. Please make sure that when booking , you add on all services that you desire during appt (two strand twist, rope twist etc), this will help ensure your appt length time is as accurate as possible. For all micro loc clients, there will be an additional fee when going extended periods between reties. Consultations are to be booked for all new clients as well as all color services, and must be booked as a stand alone appt. Once you have had your consultation completed you may then book your appt for your desired service. We will also discuss the best method to successfully start your journey (two strands or coils) For color clients we will discuss the color you are looking to achieve as well as the process we will take to get the desired results safely.
