Clients are expected to arrive on time to all appointments. Do not wait until your scheduled appointment time to notify us that you are running late. There is a 10 minute window for late clients. A late fee of $15 will be added if you are more than 10min late and subject to cancellation. Recurring tardiness will result in additional fees or denial of future services.

For appointment cancelled less than 24 hours from appointment time. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.

All deposits are non refundable to secure your spot and will apply to cost of service. Deposit is due immediately and appointment will be canceled if deposit is not received within 1 hour of booking. Please do not select an appointment if you are not prepared to pay your deposit. Remaining balance is due at appointment. If you are having issues with payment processing please notify us immediately, otherwise the appointment request will be denied.

Complexxion By Dre has ZERO tolerance policy for “no show” clients and will not allow for future bookings. “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the service fee will not be able to book future appointments. Please respect our time and business by giving us proper notice via phone, text, email that you will not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. Exceptions will be at Artist discretion. Client is allowed 1 reschedule request for appointments. Must reschedule for an appointment within 30 days of original date to have deposit applied. Otherwise client forfeits deposit and will have to submit a new deposit for future service.
