- Wall Ropes (Iyengar)
- American Viniyoga Institute

This does not include pool usage. If pool work is needed, the rental cost for the pool is billed separately.

In the event of late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) or no-show, you will be charged 50% of the session cost.

15 minute personal structural consultation. Discussion of pain areas in body and exploration of breath-centric movements that may potentially help reduce the experience of pain and/or provide insight to why pain might be occurring. Ideas for home practice will be offered.

Full consultation service includes first 75 minute consultation plus three 60 minute follow-up sessions.

This consultation requires $20 for pool rental usage. The consultation service itself is provided to the client as an exchange; value for value.

The aquatic consultation is valued at $75 for 45 minutes live work in the water plus additional support afterwards (script finalization & check ins)

The first aquatic consultation requires a first draft script based on intake form review; this service is valued at $25.
