Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, MLD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, recovery from surgical procedures, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness. Warm Himalayan Salt Stones have 80 trace minerals that are released into your body during the massage. The warm stones will soothe your aching muscles and gently exfoliate your skin.
This is not your ordinary foot massage! This massage is based on ancient Thai Reflexology Massage. Thai Foot Massage works the energy lines or “Sen” lines of the feet and lower leg to stimulate balance in all systems of your body. This massage begins with a foot cleanse. We soak your feet in warm water and then apply a delicious foot scrub. We then wrap your feet in steam towels. The massage begins with deep rhythmic pressure along the points all the way up your leg and back to your feet. The “Thai Massage Stick” is used to work 27 points on the feet. Hot Stone fusion: Let your muscles melt with the warmth of hot stones. We alternate between deep tissue with our hand and the stones. Lastly we work those muscles with body cupping to stimulate circulation and work out those tight knots. This treatment is not over. Complete this treatment with a full body aromatic body scrub. Then, we’ll remove the scrub with hot towels. This is a two hour treatment. You’ll feel silky smooth! You may substitute the body scrub with Thai Massage Stretches and Thai Foot Reflexology. ** ladies only

Do your feet and lower leg need some love? How about treating your self to an aromatic foot scrub with nourishing oils like jojoba, cocoa butter and mango butter combined with essential oils of your choice. Choose lavender, peppermint, or a blend of eucalyptus, peppermint and lavender! We’ll scrub your feet and calves then remove the scrub with steamed towels. Now you’re ready to seal it all in with our whipped massage butter. Combine this treatment with our Zen foot massage or any delightful massages from our menu!
This aromatic body scrub combines cocoa butter, Shea butter, Cardamon,eucalyptus and vanilla essential oils with brown sugar to exfoliate your skin. Your skin will feel refreshed and renewed.
