Herbal remedies are ancient knowledge passed down through centuries of further experience.
We can continue to enjoy the benefits of this ancient knowledge and bring it to our everyday lives—including in therapeutic massage!
Different essential oils support and promote different things. Just a few of them (and the ones I offer are):
• Lavender:
A purple flower with the classic superpower of calming the mind.
• Eucalyptus:
Coming from the leaves of a beautiful tree featuring white flowers, Eucalyptus oil has long been known for its valuable antibacterial, antiseptic, and decongesting properties. It has long been used for coughs and colds, including bronchitis and other contesting and inflammatory sinus and respiratory conditions.
• Peppermint:
This classic, beautifully green herb, known for its christmassy scent and flavor, is fantastic for loosening muscles and relieving aches.
• Clove:
Used in the “Four Thieves Blend,” this warm, spicy herb is a benefactor in promoting immunity.
