I am a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and a Licensed Massage Therapist with a background in occupational therapy and a passion for helping people feel more comfortable, balanced, and connected to their bodies. My approach is gentle, individualized, and special emphasis is placed on creating a calm environment where each session can be tailored to your unique needs. Unlike traditional massage, manual lymphatic drainage focuses on the delicate lymphatic vessels using a light, rhythmic, skin stretching technique that stimulates the lymphatic pathways.
