I had an amazing experience with Sand as a new client. She is so warming and welcoming, with bomb personality! Very informative and knowledgeable about her craft. Sand is thee best! She’s knowledgeable, kind and professional! Her space is not only clean but beautiful and calm. She takes the time to get to know you/your skin and customizes a care plan based on your needs and goals. She informs you throughout the facial of what she’s doing/using. Also let me add, I was using a prescription cream for my acne before going to her. Now between seeing her regularly and sticking to the regimen she game me, I no longer use my prescription. My skin is beautiful thanks to her! If you’re looking for an expert in skincare who is professional, timely, friendly and will provide a great experience THIS IS IT!

There’s so many great things to say about Sand, but I’ll start with my first service. She told me to trust HER process, and I did just that. When she says it, believe her and go all in! I drive all the way from Houston to Dallas for my appointments, and every single trip is SO worth it. I came in with inflamed acne that had me in my feelings, and now my skin is thriving, clear, glowing, and happy all because of Sand’s knowledge and care. But it’s not just her results that make Studio XII amazing, it’s HER. She’s professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and makes you feel so comfortable, like you’re catching up with a friend. She even keeps my favorite snack in stock for me after my appointments (who does that?!). If you want someone who knows skin, genuinely cares about you, and will actually change your skin for the better, book her. Best skincare investment ever!

I’m a senior in high school and honestly didn’t think facials were for me at first. My mom is really good friends with the owner, so I decided to try it out — and wow, it was top tier. The whole experience was relaxing, professional, and my skin feels amazing. If this is what they call self-care, then sign me up coach! As a teenage boy, I never thought I’d be saying this, but I’m definitely adding facials into my routine from now on.

Expectations were definitely exceeded ! From scheduling my appointment to walking out to my car the customer service Sand & Jasmine offer is superb. With each visit Sand takes her time to educate me on process of the facial and my skin. With my job requiring frequent travel I have had my fair share of experiences with estheticians, however anytime I am in the DFW area I have to book one of the relaxing facial packages and body waxing Studio XII has to offer. For starters, Sand is always there to greet me whenever I enter the waiting room of her suite with a warm, friend personality. Upon walking into her suite you will be greeted by soothing music, beautifully painted marble walls, a wide selection of quality refreshments, and freshly cleaned linen to help you escape into a world of relaxation.

If you have contemplated about getting a facial with Sand, don’t walk but run. My service was excellent as always. Sand is very professional and knowledgeable about skin care. I always leave feeling refreshed. I have been going to her for over a year and I have no complaints. Thank you Sand!!!

I booked Studio XII Skn for my wedding facial and my face was super glowy! I had a great experience - I was super comfy and i appreciated the fact that she took her time to talk about my skin and go through the products that I use. I got a lot of feedback and advice. I will be back!

I took my daughter to receive services to prep her skin for Prom. "Our" experience was outstanding! First of all, the atmosphere was so warm and inviting. I asked my daughter if she was okay with me staying in the suite during her session. My daughter said yes. Sand was super patient with all our questions concerning my daughter's skin issues (eczema, hyperpigmentation, no skin care regimen). The knowledge we gained will be everlasting. Sand walked out to give my daughter privacy after the session to dress. My teenager is usually not excited about ANYTHING unless it's animation creation related. She was so bubbly, giggly, and elated about how her skin felt and looked. We booked Sand again and we are both excited about "our" next appointment! I will also be a reoccurring customer as well. I want to be apart of the Sand experience too! My daughter cannot have all the fun without me.

Sand is that girl when it comes to all thing's skincare! I've been seeing Sand exclusively for about 2 years and I can honestly say my skin has never looked better. I was very skeptical about working with a new esthetician when I relocated to Dallas, but I could tell early on I was in good hands with Sand. I've had a number of services from Sand in the past year, this includes: Chemical Peels, Dermaplane, Microdermabrasion, and Microneeding. Sand knows I'm all about preventive skincare and all the services she's offered me have contributed to keeping my skin right. She's even helped me identify my acne triggers and always knows how to get my skin back on track after a vacation. I've also had a number of waxing services from Sand during my facial visits. She is extremely gentle and thorough when it comes to waxing. I swear her motto must be no hair left behind. Sand thank you for taking me on as a new client while my skin adjusted to this new climate and environment. I love that you don't push products but instead let me come to you about things I need. You are extremely knowledgeable and just such a kind a warm person. I especially appreciate the hugs on the days I need them. I'm so happy that I found you!
