Deposits: ⁣ A NON- refundable/ NON - transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will apply to cost of booked treatment. Deposit will be automatically deducted from on file payment method once appointment is confirmed. ⁣ Cancellations: ⁣ I kindly ask that you give at least a 24 hour notice for all canceled appointments. For appointments cancelled less than 24 hours or same day of scheduled service 50% of service will be charged. ⁣ No call No Show:⁣ There is a ZERO tolerance policy for⁣ "no show" clients at Studio XII. ⁣ 100% of the service fee will be charged and future appointments will be restricted. ⁣ Late Arrival:⁣ There is a 10 minute grace period for all clients. If you expect to arrive later than the allowed grace period, please communicate to me via text or phone call. Services may be altered to fit the remaining service time or client may be asked to reschedule requiring a new deposit.
