All custom wigs are created by the Kalessia K Brand and require a consultation before construction. Deposit for wigs is NON-REFUNDABLE! and NON-TRANSFERABLE! Due to high volume in wig orders and to ensure we curate the best luxury quality wig; the construction process of all custom orders takes 7- 15 business days for completion (Weekends NOT INLUDED!) Please be aware depending on when you place your order and the number of orders that are ahead of you will determine the day of completion within those 7-15 business days. However, we do have an express fee of $250 additional to have your wig completed sooner than the standard processing time (Ask stylist). All sales are FINAL!!! No returns, refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Wig orders that require shipment; client will be responsible for the shipping fee. Fee is added to your wig balance.
