Every online request for an appointment requires review before approval. Once your appointment is approved deposit then will be taken. Any declined payment will receive a courtesy call/text and client will have 1 hour to update payment before we cancel. All deposits for any services( Installs,Wig orders, etc.) are non refundable and non transferable. No deposit! No appointment! Wig deposits are held for 15 days. If we haven’t received product(Hair) from you or payment to purchase hair through the stylist within those 15 days, your consultation will be voided and deposit non refundable.
We appreciate the value of your time and we appreciate the same courtesy. We have a strict cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, 50% of the remaining service fee will be charged to the card on file. If you cancel same day of your scheduled appointment, 100% of the remaining service fee will be charged to the card on file. Although we do understand that emergencies happen, ALL NO CALL/NO SHOWS are responsible for %100 of the remaining service fee. DECLINED cards when processing cancellation fees can no longer make appointments and will be blocked from the booking system. Please be courteous of others time and leave early enough to arrive at your appointment on time (take consideration of potential traffic).
There is a grace period of 10 minutes. After 10 minutes has been exceeded a late fee of $25 will be applied to your remaining service balance. After 15 minutes has past, without checking in to your appointment, your appointment is now cancelled.
