The goal of this inspection and report is to put you in a better position to make an informed decision on your purchase. Inspection will be performed using a specially made waterproof camera, that allows you to have a clear color in real-time look at the inside of your drain system. The inspection report will list the condition, material, and size of the line as well as any potential problem areas. If anything looks like it's disruptive to the function of the line it will be noted along with a condition rating of 1-5 (1 being has issues but is functional and 5 being the line require intervention immediately) If applicable recommendation will follow.

Payment is due at the end of the inspection. You will receive a copy of your report within 48 hours from the date of inspection. (The reason is a lot of effort goes into building your report and we want to provide you with as much location-specific information as we can.
