Session Details: This 5 week program includes 5 30 minute sessions held via Zoom, with one session each week. Every session combines exercise with valuable education to ensure lasting impact. The final session is a 1 on 1 Movement Session that brings the Education all together. Class Recording is provided for weekly study and application.
Upon completion of Principles First, you’ll have a complete Training Belt and a complete understanding of how to Train True and Teach others.
