-Please remember that you need to complete an online client intake form before your appointment. If you have visited us before and are booking online for the first time, you will need to complete a new form. We will send you this form through your preferred method of contact that you select.
-Distance/remote sessions will require only a phone call. Please provide the phone number you would like to be used and your ringer is turned up at least 10 minutes before your appointment time.
