Ashiatsu is performed on a mat on the floor and the client is fully clothed. Please wear loose comfortable clothing.

Prenatal Massage
**Please Read**
Clients must be at least 12 weeks gestation to receive massage!!! If client schedules a massage and they are under 12 weeks gestation, upon arrival massage will be canceled and client will be charged 100% of massage price($135.00).
Please do not schedule a massage unless 12 weeks gestation! If client cancels massage in the 24 hour cancellation policy time or no shows, the client will be charged 100% of massage price($135.00). No exceptions!
What is lomi lomi massage?
The entire body is massaged with long, rhythmic, and sweeping strokes using the hands and forearms, and different parts of the body are often massaged at the same time. Lomi lomi massage can help lower blood pressure and improve circulation, flexibility and immune response. It is also known as Hawaiian lomi lomi full body massage.
Unlike many massage techniques, lomi lomi takes a minimalist approach with a few or no towels on your body or on the table. This is because therapists rarely massage one part of your body at the same time. Instead, they will move in long flowing motions that may start at the top of your shoulder and go all the way to your foot, for example. The absence of clothing also makes it easier for your therapist to perform underbody strokes without interrupting the flow of the massage. Some therapists use massage sheets in the usual way, and will just uncover larger areas of your body when access is needed. The more traditional practice involves providing you with small modesty towels to cover yourself. Traditional Lomi Lomi massage technique includes abdominal massage as this is traditionally considered the colon part of a person's soul or heart.

Lymphatic Drainage/Cupping
Therapeutic cupping for lymphatic drainage offers bodyworkers an alternative use of cups that yields extraordinary results; from addressing inflammation or circulatory challenges, to cellulite and facial cupping, this adaptation of cupping is exceptional.
Cupping is a therapy used in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to remove stagnation and stimulate the flow of qi (chi). Qi is the free flow of vital energy circulating through the body and the world around us, if the qi is disrupted or disturbed, it can create stagnation (blockages) or imbalances in the body. Cupping also helps to treat pain, deep scar tissue in the muscles and connective tissue, muscle knots, swelling and helping with lymphatic drainage.
